How To Use
How to Use Lollypop Strips
- Begin use after 2 weeks (you may begin using the strips once the wound has closed - no bleeding or oozing) and after any stitches have been removed
- Do not put on open wounds
- Ensure the scar area is clean and dry, as well as free from creams, lotions, ointments and powders
- Apply strip to scar/areola
- To keep adhesiveness and clean: Wash with soap and water or Silagen cleanser every 2-3 uses
- Allow to fully dry
- Once dry, cosmetics and compression garments may be used over the scar
- Use twice daily for 8-12 weeks for optimal results. Patients who use Silagen consistently twice a day for 2 months get the best results.
- If you are prone to forming excessive scars (hypertrophic or keloid) you may want to continue treatment for up to 6 months
- Do not use the sheets in combination with the Silagen gel or additional strips. They will not stick to the skin if you do.

FAQs
Silagen Anchor Strips Beige FAQs
Q: What are Silagen lollypop strips beige used for?
A: Silagen lollypop strips beige are designed for “lollipop” incision patterns commonly created during breast lift or reduction surgeries. They help support smoother healing while blending naturally with skin tone for discreet daily wear.
Q: How do Silagen lollypop strips beige improve scar appearance?
A: The medical-grade silicone forms a breathable, moisture-rich barrier that helps regulate collagen production. With consistent use, scars typically heal flatter, softer, and less noticeable over time.
Q: How long should I wear the lollypop strips each day?
A: For best results, wear the strips for 8–12 hours daily, gradually increasing wear time if you have sensitive skin. Most users notice visible improvement after 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
Q: Can the strips be trimmed to better fit my incision?
A: Yes. The strips can be carefully trimmed with clean scissors to match your incision length or shape. Proper coverage ensures the silicone delivers even and effective scar support.
Q: When can I start using Silagen lollypop strips beige after surgery?
A: You can begin using them once your incisions are fully healed and cleared by your surgeon. Early use helps prevent raised, firm, or uneven scars from forming.
