• How Do I Reset My Password?

  • I’m Not Receiving Any Emails from The Skin Spot?

    If you haven’t seen any news from The Skin Spot come into your Inbox recently, please make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder (as it can sometimes end up there). If it was being sent to your Spam/Junk folder, you can add support@theskinspot.com to your email contacts, to make sure you don’t miss out on anything!

  • How Do I Edit My Account Information?

    To change any account details, please login to your Skin Spot account. Once there, you can click on “Address” or “Account Details” to make any modifications.

  • Where Can I Find My Order History?

    You can see any orders placed at The Skin Spot by logging into your Skin Spot account. Once there, click on the “Orders” tab to review previous purchases.

  • Can I Get a Refund on my Purchase?

    For Skincare Products- If you have purchased a product and are not fully satisfied, we will refund you for your product within thirty (30) days of purchase. The item will need to be sent back to The Skin Spot and shipping will be responsibility of the customer.
    For Accessories such as Sunshields, Clothing, Gold Roller and Pillows- These items are final sale, as noted in the product description.
    For Memberships- If you have already utilized your membership discount to place an order, refunds are not available. You may be eligible if you have not applied the discount to any orders. Please contact our Customer Care team, support@theskinspot.com, for any inquiries.

    The Skin Spot offers one type of membership:

  • Shipping Methods + Rates

    The Skin Spot ships to all 50 U.S. states, as well as Canada and Mexico. Domestic orders ship at a standard rate of $6.95, unless your order totals more than $49 OR you are a Platinum Member of The Skin Spot. Orders to Canada and Mexico are a standard shipping rate of $14.99.

    The Skin Spot processes orders Monday-Friday in the order they are received, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipment.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Please report any lost or stolen packages to our Customer Care Team immediately, support@theskinspot.com, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages

    If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 fee for USPS packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order to avoid incurring this fee.

  • Change of Address After Shipment

    If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note you will be charged a $15 fee for re-shipment. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.

  • Back-Ordered Items

    We know how excited you are to get your curated collection of medical-grade skincare, so if a product goes on back-order, we display the date it’s expected to arrive back in stock on the product’s description page.

    If you place an order with multiple items and one or more are back-ordered, the products in-stock will be shipped immediately using the method selected at time of purchase. The back-ordered item(s) will be sent separately for free.

    If your order contains only one item and it is on back-order, our Customer Care Team will contact you with an estimated ship date.
