“I've had melasma for many years (24+) and have tried numerous products with little success. I had melasma during a time when there were little solutions out there and it definitely was not discussed in the media (magazines mostly). The only thing that worked in past were products with hydroquinone, which is not safe to use on an ongoing basis.
Cyspera is safe to use. It is easy as you only have to leave it on for 15 minutes. It does not burn, it may feel a little tingly but nothing uncomfortable. Some people have complained of the smell, but it does not bother me. The smell is similar to hair perm solution. Anyway this product, has been effective in controlling the melasma but patience is required. It takes several weeks before the melasma fades. After several weeks of daily use you only have to use it a few times a week.
Overall, I am very happy with the product and highly recommend it. I have very stubborn melasma and I feel if this helps me, it can surely help most other people. Yes, the price is steep but I have found The Skin Spot to be the most reasonable.”
