Step 1 - Cleanse and dry skin thoroughly.

Step 2 - Apply a thin layer of Intensive AlphaRet Overnight Cream to the face in the evening.

Step 3 - Begin using every other night, increasing to nightly use as tolerated.

Follow with moisturizer if desired.

Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen daily, as retinoids and AHAs increase sun sensitivity.
